• Return: happens when you check the order, and the courier will wait for you, And you will pay a 100egp if you open the package and refused it . Or in 24 hours from receiving the order. 
• Exchange: in case of a size issue or defect, just dm us in 24 hours and we will make an exchange for you.

Our return policy requires us to check returned items against their original condition upon delivery.
We'll confirm the product is the same and in like-new condition.
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
